While the issues bringing you here may be uncomfortable, I believe that therapy can be an empowering journey of self-exploration and growth. I strive to create a non-judgmental therapeutic environment that emphasizes your own self-determination and personal strengths.
Many of the therapeutic approaches that I use in my practice involve building a deeper sense of self-awareness and reconnection with the emotions, sensations, and perceptions that are present in your body. By holding space for you to process through your own experiences, we will begin to unlock and release some of the patterns, beliefs, and experiences that have kept you from living to your fullest potential. Restoring a sense of safety and confidence in your body is a crucial part of the therapeutic work that we will do together. My hope is that you leave my office with a greater understanding of who you are and feel more comfortable in your body.
