My clients are often working professionals, mothers, and students who find that anxiety, stress, and unrealistic expectations are getting in their way of their goals. They may be in the middle of a transition that is bringing to light areas of their life that are not in alignment and are seeking ways to promote balance. They may be wrestling with questions such as “who am I” and “what do I want out of my life”, or find themselves feeling stuck, inadequate, or unfulfilled.
I am passionate about helping women find out what it means to take up space and engage authentically in their bodies, relationships, and the world around them. I specialize in treating a variety of concerns that impact women’s experiences within their bodies, relationships, and sexuality. As a clinician I recognize that beginning to address these concerns often means addressing underlying trauma, anxiety, and shame. My approach to working with women’s mental health focuses on promoting personal growth through the embodiment of autonomy, choice, empowerment, and authenticity.
