Oftentimes my clients are working professionals, mothers, and students who find that anxiety, stress, and unrealistic expectations are impacting how they feel about themselves. They may notice of their life that are not in alignment or be seeking a space where they can gain some perspective about who they are.
Therapy creates an opportunity for you to understand and process your experiences in a way that will allow you to move forward.
