Early adulthood is a time where you may be beginning to explore what it means to authentically embody who you are and build the life you want to live. During this time you may be finding that anxiety, stress, and unrealistic expectations of yourself are getting in the way of your ability to achieve your goals and feel comfortable with who you are. You may be wrestling with questions such as “who am I” and “what do I want out of my life”.
